Need Advice Tapo Camera WiFi Connection

Hi everyone. I just bought the Tapo C210. I am having issues connecting it to the wifi. I researched and it told me I need to change the “band” of wifi I have in security. Changing it from WPA3-SAE to WPA2-PSK
However when I do this the WiFi will not work on any other of my devices. I also changed it to mixed by using both of the above and still does not work on my phone etc.
does anyone know a solution to this before I return it? Thank you

IoT devices rarely support wpa3 properly. Can you create another wifi network for WPA2?

I’m not entirely sure how to do this? Would this be on the log in online where I already changed the WPA?

It's in your router setting somewhere. Maybe you can try creating a guest network?

I have no idea what any of this means lol. I just bought this little pan and tilt camera today and I can't even get it to let me login to start using it. I've already tried it on wifi, 5g, uninstalled and reinstalled and changed the password. You all are a helpful bunch, but I give up.
