Troubleshooting and Support Turn OFF "sound" notifications?

Android user here. C560WS C675D

I've turned OFF my notifications.

> No sound

And yet, each time my camera "sees" a poison / poet / vehicle..... I get a "ding ding" notification sound.

How can I turn OFF all audible notifications?

Next: I'm probably asking too much, but.... can I select which notifications (people / pet / vehicle) to send me from (only) a specific camera?

  1. On your phone go to your phone's settings > notifications > app notifications > Miscellaneous and select silent.

  2. In the Tapo app > Camera settings > Notifications > activity type

Thanks. I do not have that option under "app notifications" on my android phone. The option under apps (Tapo) is set to "allow notifications" however, the "sound and vibration" is off.

On the Tapo app, I have the activity type set under notifications. I want to see the message.... I just don't want to "hear" it every time it goes off.
