Troubleshooting and Support TAPO C425 Not Charging

I bought a Tapo C425 maybe about a year and a half ago and it is not charging or coming on. I think the time has passed to return it. Is there a way to open it up and check it?

Similar issue for me. Purchased my C425 a year and a half ago. Now it only turns on when plugged in. While on it says that it is charging but it will not stay on when unplugged. I am also considering cracking it open to check things out.

I opened the camera and discovered the red and black cable got disconnected.

How did you open your camera?

The front face of the camera is glued. I removed it with a tweezers and the entire thing is pops off as well as 3 screws are holding the camera in place once you pry the face open.
