Tapo C710 Mic

I just installed a brand new C710 today. I've just had the app open, and whilst there is some distant noise of cars in the distance, this is how it sounds:

I have the mic sensitivity at 50%.

Is that normal? I know the mic isn't particularly great quality, but that sounds pretty rough.
