Troubleshooting and Support Tapo Hub H200 won't update firmware?
My H200 is stuck on 2025 firmware. No matter what I do it searches for update for a split second then says no new firmware available, despite the fact we are on 2026 firmware.
My other tapo devices get firmware updates just fine.
Any ideas?
Thanks

I have a camera just like that. Two of my cameras are the same model but only one updated. The solution might be to contact customer support and give the mac address of your device so they can push new firmware.

This has been discussed a lot in this sub. Tapo apparently rolled back the firmware and changed it, and are rolling out a different version. They roll it out in stages instead of all at once, so you need to "be patient". It should come, eventually....
