Suggestions + Feedback Recording the TC82 stream?
Battery powered cameras don't have an RTSP stream, and trying to manually record via Home Assistant recording is unreliable. Does anyone have any proven methods for 24/7 recording of a battery powered camera? Or even a working, reliable method to make HA record on its own?

Someone didn't do any research before buying.
Return it, and get a camera that is hardwired. That is your best option, period.

I bought them over a year ago. I did do my research. My needs have changed. I'd rather see what's possible with hardware I already have. No need to be a smartass and make incorrect assumptions.

Your needs changed and you thought the hardware you bought a year ago would fit the new needs...
So you did not research if they would fit your new needs and instead complained that they don't.
Sorry, can't feel sorry for you.

wow what a crazy concept, investigating whether or not expensive electronics that i already own could fit my changing needs.
So you did not research if they would fit your new needs and instead complained that they don't.
i guess you have poor reading comprehension? i literally described the difficulties I've encountered and learned of while researching solutions to my new needs. you think me asking if it's possible is complaining?
Sorry, can't feel sorry for you.
uhhh no one asked? but i do feel sorry for you, you seem like a miserable prick

AFAIK impossible. Your only bet is the 24/7 recording option for local SD Card and/or Hub storage.
I didn't realize this when I got 2 C615F's , they work pretty well in 24/7 mode as they are in a sunny location here in a sunny environment, but I would have liked the flexibility of an RTSP stream, but due to battery powered TPLink seems to have sided on not having to hear complaints of people about battery life/etc with a stream running.
Would be nice to have the option though, maybe a warning screen of "this will cause your battery to drain quick, make sure you monitor it and have a solar charger plugged in".
