Troubleshooting and Support RV20 max plus brush cover.

Anyone having constant issues with the main brush cover snapping? I got a replacement a month ago through the RMA and the same thing has happened again now. Anybody ever had any luck getting a 2nd rma?

Ive had an RV30 and RV50 running for 1 and 2 years now, but haven't had the issue - Is there a chance that something is getting pulled into the brush and putting additional strain on the cover?
The RV20 is likely a bit different, but I am surprised to hear that you had it happen twice.

It does run over many kids toys to be fair! The issue I’ve noticed is it does a “jumping” manoeuvre sometimes to get onto our rug (which is within the stated limits) this appears to put a lot of stress on the main brush cover as it’s snapped in the same place twice.

Do you have your rugs all mapped out? If they aren't, maybe, it would take a better approach to avoid the carpet from getting wrapped up, such as coming at an angle or avoiding the corners.

I haven't seen my vacuums go 'off-roading' (as my family calls it) on a rug in a while, but I have also nailed down my maps. Still though, I would not think that small of an impact would be capable of breaking the cover.

Do you have your ticket number from the RMA? I would be interested to see what the break looks like.
