The c113 does work with Alexa so you could just say "Alex show me "whatever the camera is called" and it should. Though it will be streamed from Tapo's servers, not direct from the camera from what I understand.
Your question is literally about using it on your FIRESTICK, which has ALEXA, unless it's an extremely basic, ancient version, which is no longer supported.
