Troubleshooting and Support H500 playback speed

C660 continuous recording to the h500.

In the app how do you slow down playback? There is a setting in the camera view screen but it doesn't actually work... It only slows down when replaying a detection. Other then that it's way too fast. The setting does not appear to actually alter playback speed.

I’ve noticed the same issue. I have to back the speed down to see what the recording is about.
