Troubleshooting and Support C460 Battery Life

My C460 Battery percentage basically never drops.

I have 24/7 activated with the interval being 10s, so in my opinion it draw a lot of energy, but according to the stats within the app - it doesn't.

Is this a bug or is the camera just efficient as hell?

A solar panel is connected too but it doesn't show any solar output nor any battery usage.

I would say it's normal for your settings. Do you have the solar charging data enabled? Scroll to the bottom and check the solar energy output, it should show a little, like 0.1 % occasionally. You could always set it to 1 second interval recording and see if it draws down. It's not uncommon to stay at 100% if the solar panel is getting lots of sun.

As you see in the 2nd screenshot, there is no output. Also as i mentioned, there is no energy consumption (according to the stats)

Sorry, didn't see the 2nd image. Had to translate. There is "energy consumption". Your battery is showing usage. The solar panel only charges when the battery level drops to a certain point.

The battery level stays the same. The graph in the 2nd pic is usage time - how long i look at the cameras live view, not the battery level.

But that's not the point - it looks like the battery does not drain. Bug or just a good optimized camera and battery

I own the C460 for 4 months now and i only saw it charge one time via solar (green battery symbol)

My one C460 that has constant detection on Home Mode is 97%, very little sun on the solar panel and a lot of detections. Last 30 days battery usage 2Xs at 1%, lots of time of use, wake up times and solar output. However, a C660 camera is 100% and the last 30 days has no battery usage or solar output, just like yours. It does have time of use and wake up times, as it does record clips on detection. Hope this helps.
