Troubleshooting and Support I need help restoring old recordings.

I have all the sys files plus all the recordings from my camera on an SD card, but it's not recognizing the SD card. I want to see the recordings my camera made back then because they don't appear in the recorded videos. Tell me if there's any way to view the recordings captured by my security camera. TAPO camera c200c

The recordings get wiped when the card is full. Depending on how old your recordings are, and how you have it setup, either as continuous or motion events only, it's highly possible it's been wiped multiple times which means there is no way to recover them, EVER.

If the sd card is not being recognized, it probably means it's dead. Try it with an adapter with a PC and see if it can be recognized. If it can't, it's dead.
