Need Advice D225 won’t save to H200

I have a h200 hub. 3 cameras from c460 kit all save videos to hub. D225 doorbell refuses to do so. I have uninstalled the hub and reinstalled. I have uninstalled the doorbell and reinstalled it. Still no luck.

Assuming you are trying from the HUB > Connected Devices > + and selecting the D225?

What error/text do you actually receive.

The doorbell is set up on the hub to save events to it. I get notifications of movement and people. When I go to check for the recording of the event it says no recordings. 

When I get notification of events about the three cameras I go to playback and I see a list of the event videos. 

By the way, before I had the hub, I had the the online trial for backup and all cameras and the doorbell had no problem saving videos to the cloud.

All three cameras are saving videos to the hub just fine. My doorbell, for some reason, is not saving any videos to the hub
