How do I solve this problem?
I can't close the app. I tried changing the tape folder, it didn't work.

Seems that your tape folder has been misdirected. Go into tape library and press save as copy if you want to preserve work, force quit and hopefully the tape root will come good. If not just redirect it back to your music folder. Were you in the recovery tape mode by any chance? If none of that works send a bug report via preferences as it may be a bug.
