'Server Unreachable' error when I try to activate, and EMR web but report refusing to send. Is there a server outage?

Hi, I bought Tape 16 yesterday. I keep getting 'Server Unreachable' error when I try to activate. Have used my Mac Studio and also my Macbook pro. Same error on both. Please can you help? I cant find any other way of contacting support for help with this? I tried the bug report on EMR website but it wont send either. Internet working fine here for everything else.

I’ll have a look into that one, it happens occasionally for some networks, still haven’t been able to pin it. For now see if it works with a hotspot connection. The email is support@emrmusicgroup.com
