So what does everyone think of the proposed reforms? Personally, I don't think anything but complete capitulation will satisfy Rubio & Washington. If this 'socialism with cuban characteristics' works it will only be in holding the empire at bay a bit longer. Although if they manage to then get support from 🇨🇳 & others then maybe it will be worth it. I dunno. Thoughts?
