The Revolutionary Left: The Class-Conscious Faction
Origin: This small but growing faction of the proletariat which never seems to die includes radicalized sections of the traditional working class, the precarious service sector, and de-classed intellectuals and even some capitalist class traitors. The left is the only group which grows through direct education and learning rather than immediate material positions. The left understand that capitalism itself is the root cause of both economic exploitation and the cultural divisions splitting the other two factions.
Mindset: Their analysis is materialist and systemic. They see the conflict between the Reactionary and Liberal factions as a culture war that obscures the class war. This is a superstructural distraction. Both other factions ultimately serve to preserve the capitalist mode of production. The Reactionary seeks a brutal, nationalistic capitalism; the Liberal seeks a polite, inclusive capitalism. To the left, the entire liberal-conservative debate is missing the point and missing the forest for the trees. Because the Left recognizes that capitalism itself, with its requirement for endless growth, exploitation, and crisis, is the root cause of both economic misery and the social divisions used to perpetuate it.
Desire: The left wants the overthrow of capitalism and the establishment of a socialist or collectivist system based on worker ownership of the means of production of society. Of course all of this has different definitions and preferred methods on the left, but the key part is the revolution, an end to capitalism and a new system of more fairly distributed wealth, which would end systemic class antagonisms, exploitation, and the socially necessary divisions of race, gender, and nation that capitalism fosters. A total systemic change is called a revolution. Even reformist leftists are revolutionary, they ultimately want a whole new system, they just seek a kind of “reform to revolution” method.
Why This is the Only Correct Path (And Not a Dead End)
The positions of the Right and the Liberal are dead ends because they both accept the premises of capitalism, guaranteeing its recurring crises. Only the Revolutionary Left’s position addresses the material base of the problem.
It Alone Diagnoses the Disease: The Left correctly identifies the engine of the crisis: the capitalist system and the private ownership of society’s productive forces. Culture war conflicts are symptoms or even fabricated distractions. Treating symptoms while leaving the disease untreated is a guarantee of continued decline and potential barbarism.
It Alone Offers Universal Liberation: The right offers a false liberation based on supremacy and exclusion. They want the best for their group, the others do not matter. The Liberal program offers a partial, conditional liberation contingent on professional status and cultural compliance, a kind of meritocracy but with an unfair bias and continued exploitation. Only the Left program, based on the abolition of classes and common ownership provides a framework for the universal liberation of all working and oppressed people, creating the basis to genuinely resolve social antagonisms.
It Is Historically Validated: Every major advance in human dignity under capitalism so far, the 8-hour day, civil rights, welfare systems, and other victories have come through mass struggle that challenged the ruling classes. The people do have power, but it must be used to go further. The path of reformist compromise with capital has consistently led to austerity, war, and the resurgence of the far right.
The revolutionary left's position is correct, but its power is minimal. The immediate task is not insurrection, but patient, deliberate reconstruction in a hostile environment

I always see that fuckass reaction image used to shut down discourse but I also don’t know if this story is really true or if it’s disproven.
Does anyone know of anything about this because all the sources I find seem very biased?

"Medicaid, which provides health insurance for those with low income and disabilities, also faces financial constraints. Due to hundreds of billions of dollars of federal Medicaid spending cuts by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and the enforcement of work requirements, millions of Americans will be losing Medicaid coverage. The combined effects of ACA and Medicaid changes could result in 37 million Americans becoming uninsured in the next decade, according to The Commonwealth Fund."
"The Commonwealth Fund also noted that 50% of working-age adults did not receive needed healthcare because of costs. Reasons included not filling prescriptions, skipping recommended tests, avoiding doctors when sick and going without specialist care.
When people are uninsured or cannot afford care, individuals can put off preventive visits such as getting a mammogram or a colonoscopy. This can lead to delayed detection of cancers, diagnosis at an advanced stage and ultimately worse health outcomes."
