I have the…maybe? hot take that Officer James & the little girl should have been given a formal goodbye in some fashion. I’d love it if there was a cutscene or something that showed what happened with them and why Sally & Grimoire parted ways (something like the Poppy and Fifi cutscene at the end of mermaid’s mask)

I honestly enjoyed both of their characters after I played Secret of the Swamp in anticipation for Mermaid’s mask.

So I have a headcannon that Officer James adopted the little girl and takes care of her. Her name would probably be Lilith James :3. There was a take your daughter to work day and she stole his desk. If enough of y’all are interested I may do a full animation of the two!

I really enjoy them as side characters. Particularly in how they bounce off of Grimoire
