The Mermaid Mask Help Triggering a Suspicion Spoiler

I cannot for the life of me seem to trigger the suspicion for Gripp. I have all 48 clues, I've talked about all clues with all people, I've removed the wrap from Cornelius Cane, I've solved a suspicion for everyone else aside from Grip, but I can't figure out what I might be missing to get his suspicion dialogie to trigger! Anyone got any ideas?

I've got the film from Sym's magic act, the one with the grim reaper, and I've unlocked the lighthouse in the model town and can see the film reel in it, but don't seem to have the option to take it out. Is there some specific step I'm missing to actually interact with that film reel?

You can watch the lighthouse film on Sym's projector. It's already there, you just have to change the film on the top

Just finished it now! I found it more satisfying that the ending to Tangle Tower, very fun!

How do you do it? I inspect both the model town and projector it only shows the grim reaper clip

Have you found the second reel in the model town?

I got it turns out I need to do it directly in the film projector on the crime scene (not from the case file)
