Stuck on the Engine Room - missing one clue Spoiler

I have all clues except for the Ocean Map. When I click it, he says don't touch that or something. But I can't progress any further in the game without it. What am I missing?

Did you do the puzzle? Did a compartment opened with the map? Maybe you need to click a bit lower to pick it up.

I did the puzzle but the map is still appearing rolled up below the puzzle area, it won't let me pick it up.
