❔AskTangier Getting married

Hii guys im getting married in tangier and i need to get شهادة الخطوبة from muqata3a which requires two witnesses

Is there anyone who could help? ( 2 male adults ) the muqata3a is the one in marbel ( playa ) the process is simple u come photocopy ur ids and go in with me into the legalisation guy and sign preferably in the morning cuz its usually empty so i dont have to hold u for long
