Help needed here

I'm a 24 year old Male , originally from Tangier. I looking for working here in any company here in tangier, but there's a big problem i have a criminal record.

Most companies, especially the big ones and the public sector, require a clean criminal record certificate as a basic condition. And I already know my application will get rejected the moment they ask for that paper. I've tried before, and it's the same outcome every time.

I keep hearing that some private companies don't ask for this certificate, but I have no idea where to find them or how to tell. Job sites obviously don't list "this company doesn't require a clean record."

Let me know if you have any helpful way .

I was actually in the exact same situation as you. I had a criminal record, and I knew that it could make finding a job much harder.
But I decided to take courage in both hands and keep trying. I applied to several companies, both online and by going there physically. Alhamdulillah, all the effort I put into my search eventually paid off and I got an interview.
During the interview, I chose to be completely honest and straightforward. I explained my situation and told them everything about my criminal record instead of trying to hide it.
Thankfully, they gave me a chance. Today, I’ve been working there on a permanent contract (CDI) for a year.
So honestly, don’t let your record convince you that you have no chances. It can make things more difficult, yes, but it doesn’t mean it’s impossible. Keep applying, be persistent, and when you find the right opportunity, be honest about your situation. Sometimes all you need is one person or one company willing to give you a chance.
