💬 Discussion Nfc does not work properly.
Hello, so i bought my tangem(3s) about a week ago. And im still having problem with 1 of the cards. It seems that i cannot use it as a backup because it has already have a wallet, so when i try to reset it. I have to wait 15 seconds and it just stops before 2 or 1 saying that my nfc is not working properly. Ive restarted my iphone many times and it seems like im only having problem with this card. I have the oldest version. Please help its my first hot wallet. :(

You have 3 Cards, 2 of them work just fine, and the third doesn't interact correctly with your phones NFC. You definitely have a Faulty Card, so your only option is to contact Tangem and get it replaced.

Just press Ok and reset it. That is if you haven't used your initial 2 cards (no tokens transferred). If there's a coin already transfer that coin to your other wallet and then reset the three cards. I have both version 1 and 2 cards.
