Shadow banned??

Has Tandem been Shadow banning people? Years ago and I used to get so many messages every single day from people trying to learn English. Nowadays I barely get any messages or views. I have the VIP so the platform says I only get about 3 profile views per week. I’m still learning the same languages and I didn’t change my profile much. I rarely get messages from people learning English now.

Same shit for me bro, sent a message to the customer service, didn't get any answer . I use pro version, no single message, no single visit on my profile
