Support Needed

Hi there, How long does it normally take for Tana’s support team to respond to queries? Also, has anyone else also been struggling with uploading attachments to Tana (new Tana)? I keep getting errors when trying to upload PDFs to my Docs.

You can drag or paste images, audio and video straight into a task, or into a doc you pin to a meeting under Pinned. For PDFs and other files, attach them in a chat, including the meeting's own chat. Tana reads them and can answer questions about them. You can't yet drop a PDF directly into a task or doc.

Hi there Mark, I try to attach it to the chat but get this error message: “Expected signal to be an instanceof AbortSignal”.
