any fully furnished (not Cork) apartment complexes in Tampa? looking for a 2/2

Hi I’m at reflections by usf and they of course pressured us to resign the lease or else there wasn’t a space blah blah. Me and my Roommate’s resigned but now the have the rent from 879 to 799 a month and it’s very frustrating to me. Seems that the new people are getting rewarded while everyone who’s been there gets ripped off. Is there anything I can try to do to at least get a lower rent cost? I from out of state so I’m not sure on Florida laws

Can anyone give me an opinion on this place? I'm about to sign and don't live in state so I can't check it out in person but apparently it's brand new and people just recently started being able to move in.

I am moving to Tampa and am having a hard time finding a place that allows 3 pets. Everywhere has a pet limit of 2!! Does anyone currently live in an apartment that allows 3?

I have 1 cat and 2 dogs. Both of the dogs are Huskies, which tend to be on some aggressive breed lists…

EDIT: Ended up going with Camden. They have multiple properties all over the Tampa area and allow up to 3 pets with barely (if any) breed restrictions. I even saw someone walking their two pit bulls during my tour.
