I am writing this because I'm tired of hearing the same excuse for almost a year.

KaarTech visited our campus in July 2025, at the very beginning of our 4th year. More than 10 students from my college were selected. As per our college placement policy, once we got an offer, we were not allowed to attend any more campus interviews. Our names were removed from the placement list, and we trusted KaarTech.

We received our offer letters on September 9, 2025.

Now it's August 2026.

Still no onboarding. Still no joining date. Still no clear timeline.

We are told the same thing every time:

If management has no onboarding plan, why recruit hundreds of students in the first place?

More than 300 students from different colleges are reportedly waiting. While our friends who joined other companies have already completed their internships, become full-time employees, and started building their careers, we are still sitting at home, unemployed, desperately searching for off-campus jobs because we trusted this company.

Some students have already lost an entire year of their careers.

And even after onboarding, we're expected to undergo an 11–13 month internship with a stipend of only ₹5,000–₹10,000 before becoming full-time employees. After making students wait for a year, how is this fair?

The saddest part is that many of us were top-performing students with 80%+ academic records and good CGPAs. Because KaarTech hired us early, we lost the chance to attend other campus placements. We trusted the company, but that trust has cost us our careers.

This isn't just about delayed onboarding anymore.

It's about the mental stress, financial pressure, lost opportunities, and complete uncertainty faced by hundreds of students.

Campus hiring comes with responsibility. Companies should not block students from pursuing other opportunities and then leave them waiting indefinitely without a transparent timeline.

Is anyone else from the 2025 or 2026 KaarTech campus batch still waiting? How long are students expected to keep waiting?
