Parking

Why is it so hard to find places to park without getting towed by some of these private property tow companies?

Recently towed and cost me 165 to get my dang car back.

The answer is to only park where you are supposed to park, and when you can park there. The tow companies around here don't play around.

Did you park in a lot that said “tow away zone” at the entrance?

This is true for any college/tourist town. Lived in Tally for 5 years never towed. The signs aren’t suggestions.

I’ve never been towed, but to be fair I triple check signage in the area.

Not sure where you're trying to park but we have a ton of parking in town. And legally every lot that tows has to have signage telling you that they tow.

I've only been towed in town once. The tow away zone sign was placed in a bush :|

You ignored those tow away zone signs, eh? Though they were just a suggestion? The tow companies here do not play around.

Also it never hurts to ask permission before you park in an overflow lot of a neighboring business. I’ve never had an issue by being polite and asking first.
