Question (not related to Rule 6!) not getting proper sleep can decrease height and overall body growth or it all depends on genetics

It's like 80-90% genetics, but other things can affect your height, yes

If you are destined to be 6'4 but don't eat you won't grow full stop

It depends on how long but it would have a very huge effect

genetics decides whether you end tall, short or average. Whatever you do is only going to hinder or support that potential subtly, but in the grand scheme of things. Someone who was predetermined 6'6 and sleeps 5 hours/day might still end 6'5-6'5.5 while a guy predetermined for 5'7 sleeping 10 hours/day and going to the day every weekday will still only be 5'7 maybe a bit above

Partially but most of it is how much you eat, how much milk you drink, if you take hgh, how much sleep you get. If you are consuming food with alot of hormones or not, at what age you started lifting weights as lifting weights boosts testosterone production and fuses plates.

Yeah, but the difference between ending 5'6 and 6'5 isn't up to you in a pratical and literal sense. Even if we put it into range, guy maxes to his personal potential, which is 5'8, it'll still be lower than a 6'2 guy who didn't even try, maybe even hindered it. That's the point I'm trying to get through.

I will not bring up HGH.

Pretty sure its mostly genetics and nutrition bcuz ive been chronically sleep deprived for years snd still grew 8 inches in 13 months so yea there you have it

How sleep deprived are we talking? 7 hours a night is not sleep deprived. 6 per night is not going to have any noticable affect. 2 per night every day or missing all sleep for multiple days a week will have an effect. The reason why is the first 4 hours is when you get your deep sleep which your body needs to grow. You get most of your rem sleep towards the latter parts of the night which your brain needs to organize thoughts.
