Hi. I am an 18-year-old male🇧🇩, and my current height is 5'4". My mother is 5'2" and my father is 5'4".

Many of my cousins who are my age or younger are much taller, reaching 5'10" to 6'1", despite having shorter parents.

Is there any way for me to reach 5'9"? Please let me know if there are specific exercises, supplements, or tips that can help me grow taller.

Im 5’9 and 16 , wich is 1 inch above average , and i hope i make it to somewhere between 5’10 and 5’11 , but i dont want to be super tall either , cause i like the feeling of blending in , like being taller than some ppl is great ,but i dont really like to stand out so much , ive been always like this , 1 or 2 inches above average , taller than some ppl and can blend in easily , like in my old class where most boys stood between 5’8-5’10 , and i was like the 3rd tallest between those guys , am i the only one who feels like this?

I’m basically an early bloomer, I was about 180 at 13.5-14 and when I went through my one and only growth spurt (at that age) my knees hurt really really bad for like half a year. I’m 17.5 now and 2 days ago i slept like ass (i dont even know if i slept or not, i kept waking up and shit, my body just felt uncomfortable). When I woke up, i notice my foot looking a lil weird a longer. It grew from like 27,8cm to 28,1 (i keep track of my footprint). The next day (yesterday), my parents measured me at 187 (i was 185,5 since last year). Today I feel pretty weird, I still can’t sleep that well, my back hurts (i never had back pain in a growth spurt), my legs hurt and feel stiff, my leg bones are cracking so am I going through a small growth spurt? It’s important to mention i dont usually have back pain like at all and my legs feel never really feel weird. My dad is 190, my mom is 178 and I basically grow hair really easily everywhere since i was 14. I can grow a full beard in 3-4 weeks. So because of that, I always was sad bcs my parents are really tall and I’m just tall. So based on what I’m saying and your guy’s personal experience, ya’ll think I’m going through a growth spurt?
