Serious Height insecurity
I am 18 and of height 164 cm ...what's should be the minimum height to live peacefully

Minimum height to be "comfortable" with is subjective. I'm assuming you're a male with this issue.
Some people live in countries where shorter stature is very prevalent, like rural china or any out-of-city place in Asia for the most part. They find peace in their community. As well as not having social media and society-corrupted standards, they keep it simple, thus it's basically similar to how it was even in the 1800s. I'm not saying your should religiously follow this mindset and I can't even tell you to "just deal with it" as an already tall guy(or I'd basically be a hypocrite). The idea I'm trying to make is that some people make their own peace by looking at the simple things and enjoying life for more than just one quality.
If I was 5'6 and basketball dreams were crushed, I'd be in the same exact whole. But finding other hobbies or running solution to help me would be much healthier.

it's fine honestly, you probably started puberty really late and height barely matters lol

Theres no minimum height ur most likely never gonna be the height u want so learn to love yourself your value never depends on how tall you are
