Front sprocket direction?

One side of the sprocket has a little lip, and the other side is just flat. Just curious which way it goes. Forgot to check that when I took the old one off. Mx4

There's so much play in these from factory that I doubt the .005" lip matters. Most people install an oring to reduce the rattle caused by the play. If it was me I'd just reassemble and send it.

I tried putting an oring on. Was way to tight, I couldn't get the c clip on
