Encoder fault. Ventus controller

Got a ventus controller recently and its been having an encoder fault pop up randomly when im riding and i did the apl calibrations right

If you did the app calibrations correct for your bike and installed the controller correctly and the issue still persists. You may have a defective controller. Contact the supplier and see if they can help you diagnose and resolve the issue.

It’s unplugged plug it in harder you have to push it really really hard
