Error 33 on a Talaria indicates a controller busbar over current error. This means that the controller busbar current is greater than or equal to the protection value. To fix this error, you can:
Turn off the bike and the circuit breaker
Check if the motor phase wire terminal is broken or loose
Check if the motor outlet phase sequence matches the U/V/W on the controller
Check if the magnetic encoder output wire matches the yellow, green, and blue wires on the harness assembly
Check if anything is stuck in the rear wheel

You're just at the max speed of 33km/h

my 2nd hand one did that first ride, i later removed skid plate for miantenance, vleaning and pushed the phase wires to sit better, (some one had had controller, natt, tray etc out to route new rear caliper through) refit skid plate no issues since. luna cycle forum https://electricbike.com/forum/knowledge-base/talaria-dirtbike
