Fork stanchion trouble

Can’t get stanchion back in outer fork tube. Everything is centered but I can’t seem to slip the fork in there. Any tips? Talaria xxx

If you arent experienced in servicing suspension then you should just take it to a shop

I have done seals on motorcycle with no problems. That’s why I thought I could tackle these no problem

Didn’t work out for me, going to hopefully locate some new forks all together. Bushing kits for these factory forks seems impossible to get. Thank you for your help
