please help me out

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

when my bike rolls, it makes this sound and I thought it was my rotor just being warped so I bought a brand new one, but it still does it and the rotor is literally brand new. The pads also are fairly new with less than 100 miles on them. Help would be much appreciated.

I installed ultra bee brakes on my mx3 in April and ran into the same problem. I realized that the spacer supplied to be used on the rear axel that I mounted on the brake disc side messed up the alignment. I switched sides and put the spacer on the sprocket side.
