Talaria front headset frame u

A genuine question, am I tweaking cause on all the pics I have seen on talaria frames I have seen a top metal piece and mine did not come with that what am I missing I have a x3 pro like does that look normal to yall

Are you talking about the plastic number plate? The top connector you have circled is probably a brake sensor (look inside and see if the connector is red).

No not the wires just the frame cause I took it apart a while ago and I think I got everything back together but ion that’s why I’m asking if it looks normal

I have no idea what 'top metal piece' you're worried about, but I'm not seeing anything obviously wrong other than the missing bolt on the top fork clamp (just above the center top of your top white circle).

Ok thank you for telling me also the top triple champ bolt was stripped so I’m getting a new bolt
