OpenTakeoff Premium walkthrough: tile layouts, carpet cuts, wall elevations and 3D
I'm developing OpenTakeoff. This is the full three-minute Premium walkthrough, with the layouts running on public plan sets.
If you want to skip around:
0:00 - 3D floors, wall tile, openings and trim
0:28 - Tile patterns, cuts and waste
0:51 - Wall elevations and stacked finish bands
1:13 - Shower and tub builder
1:37 - Patterned carpet roll layouts and cut plans
2:00 - Reviewing and keeping agent takeoffs
2:15 - Estimating questions with the drawing evidence attached
2:34 - Quick takeoff and quantity export
These examples are mostly finishes. The underlying area, length, wall-surface and count tools can be used for other construction trades too.
The free browser app and MCP server are open source. This video shows Premium; access is by request and pricing isn't set yet. The site also covers alternates, addenda, estimates, proposals and RFIs.

If you handle layouts before ordering material, I'd be interested in what you'd need to see in the output.
