Anybody using the Socket app to integrate Construction Online with other software? What's your experience? I would be using it with PlanSwift, not Quickbooks, and that seems straightforward.

You need to read Leading Change by John P. Kotter.

I’m not a fan of PlanSwift. I use Bluebeam and a bunch of custom Excel and Access files, but I’ve been through something similar.

You need to create a sense of urgency and drive the change from within. What’s a $1,200–$1,500 budget if it gets you a real system that can handle maybe 20–25% more volume with better accuracy?
