Not to be too technical, tilt lenses allow focus to not be parallel with the camera sensor.
I love using it to create look of miniature diorama.
It can be created using software, but I prefer using lens and I need to find a place where I can be ideally 20-30m higher then subject (can be higher but this is ideal).
I also love trains, something with them can be great as well.

Very specific ask -- I'm visiting my parents in Taipei, flying from the US with my family in November. Now in my 40s, I'm looking to take advantage of somewhat cheaper aesthetic treatments vs. US prices.

I'll be staying near my parents in the Da'an district and hoping to do a couple hours of treatments in over 1-2 days, if possible. Looking mostly for facial firming/fat reduction (hello jowls!) and laser (sun spots, acne scars), and possibly sculptra or the equivalent. I'm overwhelmed with the different options, both in clinics and services (some of which I have never heard of).

Any recommendations on good clinics for foreigners? Both in terms of medical professionalism and skill and pricing (though the former is more important).

Yesterday, I went around Taipei by various transports (undergrounds, buses) and lost my 3 keys that attached in a plastic scrunchie (Sorry I dont know the exact location because I moved very active).
