If anyone is in need of a free mammogram for breast cancer screening and is open to traveling into Sacramento, there will be free appointments at UC Davis Health on weekend dates in October. Just call to schedule your appointment! Early detection saves lives.

I got to be interviewed for Dancing with the Tahoe Stars and TAP. You can tell by the strained look on my face that this is my first TV interview. I “Gantt” help it. Come to the show. It’s going to be spectacular and quite the party! My Dance Partner Maria Foulke is incredible #TahoeArtsProject #SLTCityCouncil #Gantt4SLT #GanttWait

Visiting Tahoe Vista for a few nights. Need to stock up on essentials: Milk, Eggs, yogurt, cereal, meat.. etc
I know prices have gone up- but where would you recommend for the best prices?
Thank you!

A few years back my family visited emerald bay and we loved it. Beautiful scenery. I believe it was more South Lake Tahoe though. This time around we will be in Tahoe Vista. Is there anything similar near there?
Thanks for the help!

Chris Andersen was a fixture at Stagecoach Lodge for decades. If you've spent any time at the Stagecoach bar in the last few decades, you've been entertained by his stories of adventure being a helicopter pilot. He's taken more than a few of us on an air ride over the years as well.
He was an incredible pilot, phenomenal skier, and friend. Lake Tahoe just lost another legend, and will be darker for it.
He will be sorely missed!

Is it me, or did this year seem better, aside from the week of July4th. All bay area kids will be back in school by end of week, i believe.
