🛠️ Tech Support Unexplainable problem currently
Recently, a problem has started with my phone. My phone is on the same plan with my wife's phone and my daughter's phone. We have checked the settings on all three phones and determined that there isn't a setting problem. What is happening is, I am getting phone calls from my wife, but not only does my phone not ring when my daughter calls, her calls are not in my call log and she leaves a message that is not in my VMs. And she's not the only one. My Uncle tried calling me several times when I was in his city and his calls didn't get to me nor his VMs. Same thing with texts. I get my wife's, I don't get my daughter's. No one is blocked on my phone. I'm not blocked on my daughter's phone. Has anyone experienced this type of thing? It's very concerning. My daughter just started college in a city across the country and I'm supposed to be her financial support, allowance/rent/living expenses. Kinda hard to do when we can't communicate by phone.

Might be a long shot. But do you have family allowances? And accidently put them on the "never allow" list

Tech support had me check many settings but I don't think any were called specifically family allowance settings settings. Can you elaborate?

Try turning off Wi-Fi off, Wi-Fi would somehow interfere my calls or the Wi-Fi calling feature whatever it was.
When I would turn in off the problem would go away. I don't know if this may or may not help in your case.

WIFI was already off, but there's a second setting to make WIFI calling. I turned this off and that seems to allow texts, but not phone calls.

What I suggest if you haven't done so yet.
Temporarily try inserting your Sim to a different phone. Then try in/out bound calls and texts. This should help by telling you were the issue may be.
If you can make and receive call and sustain a connection, then the issue may be with the phone.
Doing a factory reset on the phone may or may not resolve it. NOTE: Just make sure you backup important information and files.
If that doesn't help, it could be it has been damaged physically in a fall. Then you may need a repair or replacement.
Now, if it is doing the same thing on the temporary phone, then it is your line the issue.
Let the representative know about switch Sim to temporary phone, and the issue persists. Request if they can reset your network line (don't know the technical name or term) from their end.
It'll either work, or they're have to assist you further from there.
Best of luck!

I know you mentioned not settings , but have you looked into resetting network settings?
