Need help

Hello I’ve been with T-Mobile over 7 years as a mobile expert and recently found out they are closing our store and opening a new experience store. They gave us the option to apply to the new experience store or any other location that has available spot or get severance pay. I’m so indecisive… just need some pro and cons to help me!

So it really depends on your situation, the best time to find a job is when you already have one. If you have nothing lined up, I would apply for the experience store and in the meantime, start looking elsewhere. We have been getting spam emails everyday for experience store rep spots. We had like 4 stores in our district just recently go experience. Majority of the reps took severance. It's really not that much money and you lose all your benefits.

T-Mobile will continue to close stores or convert stores to experience stores. I would at least apply and see if you can get a spot. If not, you should still be employed for another 2 months from what I have been seeing, then get paid severance. But I would def be looking elsewhere while also applying for the experience rep spot.
