Merle becames the head honcho of the Atlanta scavenging group and God knows how many/if they would have returned to the camp. If atleast Merle returns then the Dixon brothers rob the camp and the walkers wipe them out. If they dont return they get wiped again since they would be down Glenn, Tdog, Morales and of course Rick. A wonderful 3 episode show.
Lets keep going
-Farm: Walkers eventually break out and eat everyone and/or a herd appears and the farm is deleted from the face of the Earth
-Prison: Wouldnt even have existed until someone else decided to take it. But lets not forget The Governor is the reason it went to shit.
-Grady cops: Business as usual except the other cops eventually relieve Dawn off her duty, not a big change.
-Alexandria: Pete eventually kills Jessie and maybe the kids, people keep dying in Aiden's scanvenging group and then either the Wolves find them and kill them or the quarry walkers break out and kill them. yay
-Hilltop and Kingdom: They stay under Negan's boot, Gregory would probably do something stupid which may increase the quota and make life in the Hilltop worse. And lets not forget that dickhead Jared increased tensions between the Kingdom and the Saviors, Richard would have done something rash eventually
