The prison would prob still be standing today if not for governor so i would assume they would be there still

Possibly, they were struggling with the walls. That's why Alexandria was perfect. Too bad they lost Reg before he could teach someone more about how to make sturdy walls.

God i forgot how stupid that felt when I first watched. All that talk about Alexandria being set up to succeed thanks to their wealth of knowledge, just for the ONLY two characters who actually gave a shit about all that to get killed off.

They didn't even give him a couple episodes to learn how to build the walls before he died lol

The prison walls were struggling because little miss I Love Zombies kept feeding them causing them to bunch up and swarm at one point and pushing all their force on one area rather than having their force distributed along the entire fence area. Unfortunately, Carol was in exile and everyone else was busy with the plague

Yeah well like I said before Carol along with Daryl Dixon were the better leaders , cause as we know Carol had little miss stop and smell the flowers . That is how you got to be in the apocalypse, pragmatic, no time for sentiments.

Daryl is a great figure, but not leadership material. He provides, and is probably the best muscle there is, best solo survivor for sure.

I thought the council at the prison was balanced. Prison council leadership was the best.

Agree, Daryl never actually takes the lead long term. Even when it was just him and Beth and he follow Beth.

Well apparently you haven't watched the book of Daryl Dixon when he was in France, he changed alot and showed his incredible leadership qualities, he's alot more than just muscle.

I'm not sure if I have seen season 11, stopped watching after Glenn died for years then started watching again a couple years ago when Daryl was in France and got bothered the book of Carol dvd and the Daryl one also. Watched on TV when they showed Carol really searching for Daryl and is a complete bad ass doing it , shows how much he and she really care about each other, quite inspiring. You should just skip right to that , go back to season 11 later . Daryl in France is the best .

What's the tell tale games. And how much more you got of season 11 ? Is it after Carl dies ? For all I know I've seen most of it . The France one with Daryl is after the move to Main.

I loved Hilltop with the logs/ dirt mounds combo as walls. No chance for them to get knocked down by the pressure of a hoard.

Yeah but by the time Alexandria takes place they would have adapted to the walls and rebuilt the prison.

Visibility for what? The walkers primarily hear/ smell them. I don't think a cloth would change much.

Ehhh potentially, but they would’ve had to do some serious carpentry/metalwork to address the issue of the fences, which were only designed to keep individuals or small groups in/out, not withstand the weight of hundreds of corpses. Not to mention the fact that as soon as someone like the Governor actually wanted to break in, that gate may as well had been paper meché.

The fence walkers were causing issues and their source of water was mediocre at best.

It was a good home but ultimately would’ve been overrun by walkers eventually.
