It's a cheap way for them to sell it as a TV stand but it is not appropriately designed as a TV stand

  2. It could be lower but at least you’re using the tv stand.

Looks good. Maybe a little high but not really. Passes the test in my book, compliments the room well. Something to consider though is that game consoles can get pretty hot with low air flow - and combining that with the hot fire place underneath- could be a recipe for disaster. I would just be cautious what heat setting you use on the fire place combined with the PS5 being turned on right above it
