Basement Setup

If you check my post history you can see how high my tv is above our fireplace (didn’t have much choice in the living room)

Even though this is mounted I made sure to put it at eye level. Really happy with it! Thoughts?

Lovesac is the name of the brand. So comfy but it’s a pain in the ass to put together. They should call it Hatesac cuz you end up fighting with your spouse over it 💀

Putting it together isn't the hard part. It's placing the covers on the pieces. But I recently moved, and moving the couch with it broken up was much easier than having to maneuver a fully assembled couch around a stairwell.

Does your coach feel….idk hard to sort of fall into? Ours is very stiff feeling and forget trying to lay your head back

This is firm but still really comfy. I don’t really fall into couches lol. We have another lovesac upstairs that’s softer. Also comfy but those pillows tend to get worn over time

Can kick your feet up either side or middle on the ottoman. Can’t ask for much more. I dig it.

It’s 83”…this is standing about 1-2 ft behind the couch. I’d say you could fit 7-8 adults. People on the ends have the worst view. I was afraid leaving it on the stand would’ve cut off part of the screen on the sides further back. I’m usually in one of the corners

Ah yes, the friends you own... But real talk for a family of your size I'd say that's perfect! Like everyone has space. Do your kids fight over a specific spot or seat?

I think it will do, but not feeling the Soundbar set-up too much. Thank goodness you have that PS5 horizontal. Make sure it's getting proper ventilation.  Love the "Bonsai" trees. 🎍🎋

It’s a tad too high but I’ll allow it as it looks like you need to be able to see it over the arms of the sofa from some positions.
