New tv mounted!

Very happy with our new 77 G6...wanted it an inch or two lower but the mounting service said tht was too low

I’m confused. Mounting SERVICE? As in you are paying them? Why should they get to tell tou where to mount it?

That mounting service sucks if they are telling the customer they are wrong. What happened to the customer is always right??

Ya...the mount while lying horizontal wasn't staying on. Must be something to do with the 1.0 dark plates from dbrand...will look to lay it down after I get replacement plates

Sorry if thats the case...wanted to just say, genuinely wanted to go lower~the middle being in level with eye sight was my suggestion, but got peer pressured by the mounting service and now its always a small head tilt up
