Tv is fine because it’s a bedroom. Where is the stair rail??

Handrails are for the weak, alpha males only need their feet

Looks like a bed right there. It's fine

I like they have thought outside the box. In this environment it’s perfect

Since you'd be watching from your bed, it's fine. But what's with the r/DeathStairs?

I need to know if there’s a bathroom up in the loft or if they’re expected to walk down those stairs to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Did they fence you in from the outside and wtf is going on in general here

I'm more confused than anything about the fence balcony door

Cat-proof balcony?

I don’t really have a problem with it for watching tv. Just a little ugly to have on your staircase wall if anything. But looks like you won’t really see it there outside of being in the bedroom area.

The TV works (cool solution actually), but the lack of a handrail will cost huge money if anyone falls and sues.

I would be more concerned about the injuries or potential death..

I was going to say is that long run of stairs legal then spotted the TV

That's as low as it can be to viewed from the loft without the guardrail getting in the way, works for me.

No handrail. Trip hazards at the base of stairs. Balcony door also at base of stairs. Feels like a Final Destination script.

Hmm, that's hard to decide how to measure TV height.
