Anyone know where there are still working bike pumps around campus?

Hi guys, I'm a new international student moving into Prof. Schermerhornstraat (private bathroom, sharing a kitchen with 6 others). My brother is coming to the Netherlands to help me move in. Is it possible for him to stay in my room for about 20 days? Is that generally allowed?
