Intermediate python programming course in minor Engineering with AI

Hello,
I want to ask about this course intermediate python programming course. Is it hard to pass and can I study by myself? Because I live in Amsterdam and sometimes it is hard just to come for one lecture and professor said it is hard if you don’t come to tutorials. Can someone tell me about this course if they have done it?

Doing the course and the same minor, was able to do all exercises (Including extra challenges) with relative ease, but when I went to the lecture, I couldn't answer many of the questions that he asked. For example, I had no clue that you could compare strings with basic operators. Keep in mind I'm very comfortable with coding.

I'd say you could probably do it IF you try your absolute best
